Systemic Team Coaching

Leaders today are faced with ever-increasing complexity in a world that is constantly evolving. This new business reality demands teams do more, in less time, improve efficiency, adjust to shifting priorities, maintain profitability, adapt quickly, while focusing on what’s coming on the horizon, all with fewer resources than their predecessors. Past generations were able to leverage technology to gain competitive advantage and ensure sustainability. But what worked in the past, in most cases, has become obsolete. Those rare organizations who adjust and thrive in this paradigm are the trailblazers who understand the greatest discoveries of the next generation will be in human effectiveness, not technology. Those leaders who embrace this reality, are adopting a Systemic Team Coaching approach to build internal capacity resulting in high-value creating teams who demonstrate greater levels of empathy, collaboration, resilience, stakeholder engagement, flexibility, strategic thinking, and innovation, within a continuous feedback framework that leverages core learning, ultimately leading to a more connected world.

Research shows high-value creating teams exhibit more energy and creativity – and deliver better outcomes – than their business competitors. These characteristics are critical for success in a rapidly-evolving marketplace. Yet few business teams perform to their full potential. Coaching Partners Group is dedicated to changing that equation.

Our approach to Systemic Team Coaching is best reflected in Revans’ Law, which was developed by Professor Reg Revans in the 1940s. The concept states that Organizational learning must equal or be greater than the speed of environmental change.

Our Systemic Team Coaching approach is distinct from traditional approaches to team coaching, as we understand the intrinsic need to disrupt outdated models and ways of thinking that cannot survive in the new landscape. All of our coaches have been impeccably trained, are highly knowledgeable and are globally respected for their expertise in using available and emerging tools and practices in the developing discipline of Systemic Team Coaching. Our team receives ongoing supervision from two recognized global thought leaders in the field, Professor Peter Hawkins, and Dr. Catherine Carr. When you partner with us, you can rest assured you will be joined by partners to support your team to generate new ways of thinking, learning and taking action.

Our Systemic Team Coaching starts with a Readiness Assessment and recommendations. These programs are typically completed over six months to one year.

“Bringing coaching to our site was long overdue. But equally important to bringing coaching to our site was ensuring we had the right coach to start this important endeavor. We did our due diligence and hired Terry Hoffmann. Her experience, positive approach, and flexibility have all proved invaluable. The feedback I’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive.”
