Dr. Catherine Carr – Lead Coach & Supervisor

Dr. Carr is an Executive and Team Coach with experience in management consulting, leadership development, systemic team coaching, supervision, and organizational transformation.

She holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and a doctorate in Leadership and Professional Coaching from Middlesex University (UK). She is a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has advised senior leaders, executive teams, healthcare systems, and public sector organizations.

Terry – Founder & CEO

Terry Hoffmann is an executive and team coach with over 25 years of experience helping senior leaders and their teams strengthen alignment, strategic clarity, and execution in public and complex private organizations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a graduate certificate in executive and professional coaching from the University of Texas. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
